The app provides verified listings of essential services—such as emergency contacts, food banks, shelters, medical clinics, pharmacies, and other critical support points—across multiple countries. Users can find nearby resources using their location (or select a location manually), browse by category, and use quick search to locate help by category, location, or name. Each listing is intended for direct contact, enabling users to call resources with a single tap and share the app with others who may need it. The platform also supports a contributor flow: organizations/managers can sign in and add their crisis resource to help more people find support.
